This was one of our fully managed refurbishment projects where the client gave us the keys still with all their furniture in the property and left everything to us. Located in Kensington House, a grand upscale mansion block in central London, our client wanted a full refurbishment of their 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom apartment, which involved the renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, new underfloor heating, bespoke cabinetry in the bathroom and bedrooms. Prior to handover, the apartment was professionally cleaned and we neatly put back all the client’s furniture, who was delighted with the end result and very pleased with high quality refurbishment work.

Crafting opulence from the ground up, JPF Clarke constructed this luxurious new build 6-bedroom house, seamlessly managing all aspects from demolition to meticulous finishing touches, including exterior landscaping.
This house underwent a complete transformation, with us stripping it back to bare plaster and lifting all flooring. This project features a brand-new kitchen and new bathrooms with micro-cement to the floors and walls.
