We demolished our client’s existing property to construct a bespoke 5-bedroom new build luxury home. Collaborating closely with our clients, we meticulously crafted every detail to bring their vision to life. Key features include a vaulted hallway entrance leading to the first floor, a modern Italian kitchen, and a custom oak wood staircase with glass panelling. Each of the 5 bedrooms boasts en-suite bathrooms, while large format tiles adorn the ground floor and oak flooring graces the upper levels. Underfloor heating and air-conditioning ensure comfort all year-round. Adding to the allure, a separate leisure complex featuring a bar and golf simulator provides the ultimate recreational experience.
