Embarking on a transformation journey in Hampstead, we revitalized a dated 4-bedroom house into a luxurious modern 5-bedroom home through a comprehensive full home renovation and loft conversion. The ground floor layout was meticulously remodelled, complemented by the installation of new flooring throughout, including underfloor heating for added comfort. A bespoke walnut wood kitchen became the heart of the home, while all bathrooms were replaced and modernized. The addition of a loft conversion with Velux Cabrio balconies elevated living space. Structural integrity was ensured with a new roof, retaining the chimney’s charm. Modern amenities included full electrical rewiring and custom-made staircase with oak handrails. Purpose-made wooden windows and exterior rendering added finesse to the exterior. This project highlights our devotion to transforming buildings into refined homes for comfort and style.
