Project description
An exciting project where we handled all design and required planning consent for our client, in order for them to extend the rear of their property to incorporate a wide range of luxurious aspects, which included a new rear pool accompanied by a separate pavilion / summer house, basement conversion with redesigned indoor pool, gym and spa complex, a fully custom-built wine cellar, reconfiguration of the ground floor kitchen and micro-cement flooring. To seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living purpose made double glazed floor-to ceiling sliding doors were fitted to all elevations. Finally, to complete the project the garden was fully landscaped with artificial grass installed, as well a 100-year-old olive tree which we had to crane over the house. The client and us are very pleased with the finished project and the photos speak for themselves, highlighting our high-quality workmanship and expert experience.
