With an asset value exceeding £150 million, which also included the world-famous Goyard store on the ground floor, our work included a vast array of enhancements. We curated a custom library with integrated LED lighting and converted the basement into a sleek kitchen and open-plan conference area. A full new lead roof with roof lanterns adorned the building, while a commercial lift installation improved accessibility.
