With an asset value exceeding £150 million, which also included the world-famous Goyard store on the ground floor, our work included a vast array of enhancements. We curated a custom library with integrated LED lighting and converted the basement into a sleek kitchen and open-plan conference area. A full new lead roof with roof lanterns adorned the building, while a commercial lift installation improved accessibility. From external redecoration to meeting room renovations, our meticulous attention to detail extended to upgrading accommodation facilities and executing structural alterations.

An exciting project where we handled all design and required planning consent for our client, in order for them to extend the rear of their property to incorporate a wide range of luxurious aspects, which included a new rear pool.
